At Andria-Castel del Monte, district of Bari, white and solar city of Federic of Sveva, dipped into the Silver green of olive trees (first city in the world for the bigger production of olive oil), from the 29th of febrary to the 2nd of March QOCO International Contest for young chefs will turn, organized by the Andria Municipality in cooperation with Slow Food and the Associazione Nazionale Città dell’Olio (National Association City of oil), with the patronage of Minister of the Agricultural and Forest politic, in the Apulia Region in the district of Bari and the Chamber of Commerce of Bari.
